The cottages are situated on property located on the banks of the AuSable River, one of New York's premier trout fishing streams.
Anglers can step directly into the West Branch of the AuSable River at Cody’s Flats and wade to trophy trout catch and release areas just minutes downstream. In winter, enjoy downhill skiing at Whiteface Mountain (12 minutes away). Hop onto the nearby Jackrabbit Trail for access to a network of trails designed for cross-country ski and snowshoe enthusiasts. Or, you can join the runners and cyclists who use River Road (part of the Ironman Lake Placid course!) for year-round recreation and training. Whether you are 5 or 75, the many walking and hiking trails of the Adirondacks offer spectacular views and one-of-a kind experiences.
